Cleanline Swindon (“we”, “our”, “the Company”) is a family-run cleaning service based in Swindon, UK.

2. Bookings & Payments

Booking requests can be made online, via phone, or via WhatsApp.

Prices are confirmed before work begins.

Payment is due on completion of the clean unless a recurring or commercial contract is agreed.

We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payment (if applicable).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancelling within 24 hours of the scheduled clean may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service price, unless otherwise agreed.

If cleaners arrive and are unable to access the property, the same cancellation fee applies.

4. Access to Property

The customer must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.

If keys are provided, they will be handled securely and returned on request.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the clean, you must notify us within 24 hours.

We will return and re-clean the area at no additional cost.

6. Damage & Liability

We are fully insured.

Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

Cleanline Swindon will not be liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Wear and tear

Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value

7. Health & Safety

Cleaners reserve the right to refuse work if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.

We cannot move heavy furniture or appliances unless agreed.

8. Add-On Services

Add-ons such as carpet cleaning, oven cleaning, rubbish removal, or outdoor services may be provided at an additional cost.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

Copy, distribute or use any website content without permission.

Attempt to disrupt our services, security, or hosting.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
